Tai-chi classes

Tai-chi students All classes begin with the "softening" exercises before practising the form:

  • Beginners to this approach start with a shorter form
  • Improvers begin learning the deeper structure of the Tai-chi
  • More experienced students learn the Yang family long form & venture deeper into its structure.

One-to-one/one-to-two instruction

Private teaching can be a more flexible arrangement for some students than group classes. Fees are modest (£22) and if you share your session with a partner or friend, costs are reduced further. It is the best way of learning Tai-chi in depth, either on its own or to supplement group classes.
